1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Pre Drip (the service), including the predrip.com website and the Pre Drip desktop app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. One account works across the website and the desktop app. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Membership and payment
Access to the service requires a paid membership, billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime access is a single payment. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for new purchases.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the tracks, audio, video, and artwork you upload or share. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload. You grant Pre Drip the permission needed to host, display, and create shareable links for the content you choose to share.
5. Shareable links and affiliate routing
Shareable links may route listeners to third party platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify and may carry affiliate identifiers. Pre Drip may earn an affiliate fee from streams or sales those links generate.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, do not harass other producers, and do not attempt to disrupt the service.
